SPRING 2026 UPDATE

 

As of June 1st, we will no longer be accepting tips added to credit card transactions. While gratuities are still very much appreciated, we highly encourage you to use alternative methods such as cash, check, or Venmo. All stylists and assistants will have QR codes available at their stations and at the front desk. If you decide to use a check, our receptionist will be able to provide you with cash back.

This change allows us to to better support our team and streamline our payment process while continuing to provide you with the high quality service that you deserve. 

We understand this may require a small adjustment, and we appreciate your understanding and continued support. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Praised by beauty magazines nationwide, our salon has offered the perfect mix of urban chic and suburban friendliness since its opening in 2000. Whether you're more pixie or Rapunzel, platinum or ebony, curlicued or straight, our highly trained specialists will turn your cut or color into a collaborative work of art.

 

Please be advised that our stylists reserve the right to refuse service for any reason (excessive cancellations, inappropriate behavior toward staff, unpaid tickets, etc.)

 

Salon Policies

At Trio Evanston, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you feel that you are unhappy with your cut or color, we ask that you reach out within 7 days of your service for a complimentary adjustment at no cost to you.

 

All product sales are final

A credit card is required in order to book an appointment

 

Cancellation Policy:
Please cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment to allow us to fill the appointment window.

  • Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your service price.
  • Failing to call and not attending your appointment will result in a 100% charge of your service price.

*If your card on file is inactive, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee over the phone before booking your next appointment. Online booking will be disabled until paid. All cancellation fees are charged at management and stylist discretion.

 

$5 Service Fee Breakdown (per visit):

  • $3 goes toward our recycling program (Green Circle) that helps us divert up to 95% of our beauty waste from landfills and waterways. This includes packaging, foils, excess hair color, and even cut hair.
  • $2 goes toward supporting our staff. With the Paid Leave for All Workers Act (PLAWA 2024), this goes into an account to pay our stylists when they're in need of a day off for any reason (i.e. family emergencies, bearevement, illness).
